Runners Foot Relief: Mix equal parts Lemongrass and Birch with a carrier oil (such as coconut oil) apply to sore feet after a run or workout.

Woodsy Diffuser Blend: 3 drops each of Birch, Cypress, and White Fir Essential Oils.
